With ProSqueeze, releasing arm and leg tension is easy. It only takes 10-15 minutes a day to stop the daily stress and tension of your job, sport or hobby from building up.

ProSqueeze is designed to mimic the "pin and stretch" technique used by massage therapists. Pin and stretch is created by squeezing an area of your arm, leg, hand or foot between the pads and moving a connected part of your body to achieve a targeted stretch. This results in a more powerful release than stretching or massaging the length of the muscle.

Here's an article about pin and stretch from Massage and Bodywork Magazine (March/April 2017).

Don't just take our word for it...

"I have been doing massage for over 30 years and I've seen a lot of massage tools out there. ProSqueeze is easily the best self-massage tool I've used. It's precise, user-friendly and extremely effective at dealing with a multitude of tension issues that we all deal with."

Here's what some of our beta-testers had to say:

"Working at a computer and using a smartphone all day takes a toll on my hands and forearms. I like that I can use ProSqueeze while sitting at my desk and it relieves my tension within seconds. It's the best self-massage tool for arms and hands that I have found.”

Matt - Tech guy

"Doing massage is really hard on my hands. I use ProSqueeze at the end of my day of clients and it feels amazing. I think every bodyworker should have one. It's the most effective self-massage tool I have used in my fifteen-year career."

Bettina - Massage Therapist

"I'm a runner and I do Crossfit, so my legs get really tight and sore. I use ProSqueeze on my hamstrings, IT bands, calves, shins and feet and it helps me recover much quicker and easier than stretching and foam rolling."

Grant - Runner

"My favorite thing about ProSqueeze is that I don't have to roll around on the floor to create the pressure. I'm on my feet all day, so after work I can just lie on the couch and watch my show and it release my stress and tension for me."

Lindsay - Restaurant Server

"ProSqueeze is by far the most effective recovery tool that I've come across. As a climber, the device is just too important and too simple to not have with me each time I hit the gym or crag."

Allan - Rock Climber

Getting regular massage is great if you can afford it, but it gets expensive. Foam rollers and massage balls require you to exert energy to create the pressure and they can't target as precisely as ProSqueeze can.

How often should I use it?

Start with 5-10 minutes a day and increase gradually as your body gets used to the pressure.

Is the lever easy to squeeze?

Yes! We designed the lever to be very easy to squeeze so you won't buildup more tension in your arms or hands while using it.

Do I have to keep squeezing the lever to hold the pressure?

No. The pressure holds until you pull the quick-release lever, so there's no need to keep squeezing the lever once you find the perfect amount of pressure.

Is it painful?

We don't recommend hurting yourself. We are big fans of "productive intensity" but if you are wincing or bracing while using it or feeling sore afterwards, you are using too much pressure.

Can I use it on my back, neck or shoulders?

No. ProSqueeze is intended for arms, legs, hands and feet.

Will it fit around my thigh?

Take a flexible vinyl tape measure and wrap it around your thigh midway between your knee and your hip. If the circumference of your thigh is 22 inches or less, ProSqueeze will fit you. Contact us if you want a ProSqueeze but it won't fit around your thigh.

WARNING: DO NOT apply ProSqueeze to: head, neck, chest, abdomen, back, groin and joints such as knuckles, knees, elbows, ankles. ProSqueeze is intended to be used on forearms, hands, quadriceps, hamstrings, IT bands, calves, shins and feet.
