30-Day Guarantee: ProSqueeze wants you to be fully satisfied with our products. If, within 30-days of the original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by ProSqueeze. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method. 

One Year Limited Guarantee: ProSqueeze warrants that all of the products we manufacture will be free of defects for up to one year from the original date of purchase. This does not include or cover damage caused by transit, accident, normal wear and tear or lost items. Product must be purchased through ProSqueeze or from an authorized reseller. If, within one year of purchase you feel you may have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization # to ensure that your issue is resolved in a timely manner. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by ProSqueeze.

Shipping Policies: ProSqueeze process orders Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after 6:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day. ProSqueeze ships online orders within 2-3 business days after they are placed. 

General Shipping Methods: ProSqueeze customers must choose the appropriate shipping method for time-sensitive orders and agree to pay expedited shipping charges. ProSqueeze is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information. Additional shipping charges will apply if re-shipment is required. 

International Shipping Policies: ProSqueeze can ship internationally (some restrictions apply). ProSqueeze is not responsible for any duties and fees collected on international shipments. ProSqueeze has no control if customs holds the package or delays or prevents delivery of international shipments.

Return Policy: Products purchased through www.prosqueeze.com can be returned for a full refund. If, within 30-days of your original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order, please return it for a full refund or for an exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by ProSqueeze. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method. Products in original factory packaging will receive a full refund. Products that have been opened will receive a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the condition that item is received in and will be determined by ProSqueeze. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner please include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses. 

Returns are processed 5-7 business days after it is received. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed. Merchandise purchased at a retail location or other retailer’s online store must be returned to that retailer. Contact the retailer directly for their specific return policy.
