Here are some 3 more tips for getting the most out of your new ProSqueeze:

  1. Start Slow - ProSqueeze is a powerful tool and a little squeezing goes a long way. Start with 5-10 minutes a day and increase gradually. Squeeze each area for 15-30 seconds at a time before moving to a new spot.

  2. Be Careful Around Injuries - If you have an injury, be careful not to squeeze inflamed or injured tissues directly. Instead, work on the tight muscles surrounding an injury. If you notice any sharp or painful sensations, discontinue immediately.

  3. Movement is Key - When you are squeezing your arm, move your hand or wrist to enhance the stretch. When you are squeezing your leg, move your ankle or knee to enhance the stretch.
